• If a match or event is cancelled, your full stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bajipartners reserves the right to recalculate and settle bets at the correct odds.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is counted as a "win" and the remaining legs stand.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays — this is a standard part of bajipartners's security process.
• Placing bets through match manipulation or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.

Bajipartners is committed to ensuring fair betting at all times. Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with Support within 48 hours. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted.

• Users may request to close their account at any time.
• Any verified balance may be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• Account balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a breach of the rules.
